Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment

The risks associated with exposure to lead-based paint have been well documented throughout the years. FGS offers individuals trained in the recognition and evaluation of lead-based paint hazards. A few of the Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment services offered by FGS include:

• Inspection and testing of materials suspected of having lead based paint or dust (i.e., window seals, floors, walls, and soil);
• Use of independent laboratories accredited by the AIHA for lead analysis;
• Interpretation of the laboratory and field inspection results; and Confidential reporting of inspection and testing results.
